		<description>Totally agree with the drinking lots of water and smaller meals part. By changing fizzy drinks to filtered water and eating 6 small meals a day. I am now seeing fantastic results, your diet is probably more important than the exercise part. I&#039;ve exercised in the past and had a shocking diet and because your eating junk you do not see results. 
So to benefit the most you really do need to eat well and train hard.</description>

		<description>I am going to have to disagree and say that eating a proper diet is the secret to losing weight fast. Even so, exercising is the secret to making your body look exactly how you want. After losing fat, you can sculpt your body to appear muscular in certain areas based on how you want to look.</description>
